Question by healthy401: SOMEONE PLEASE HELP, weight lifting for women?
i would like to get healthy for my children, im at a healthy weight
5'4 135 lbs
but i have a lot of fat on my body, and wout like to tone it up and get rid of the fat, and turn it into healthy mussel..
so i need to know how much weight for how many reps and sets,
i heard two different ways, not sure which one is right..
more weight, less sets
or less weight and more sets
please someone let me know thanks so much!!

when lifting weights always have a spotter so you dont get injured, especially if you dont know your max.
but to loose weight running is a whole lot better. also try push-ups and sit-ups.
