Question by SoCalBoy: What's the best way to build up your neck muscles?
I'm thinking of that head harness that you attach weights to. Does anyone know if it's easy or hard to build the neck muscles? And the best way. My gym has no machine for the neck. I've used plates wrapped in a towel, but it's so awkward for all the movements. Thank you!

Best answer:
Personally I'd go with squats and good mornings. Those work the neck muscles to help support the bar on the way up. Best of all, you work your back and legs too, so you're not wasting an exercise looking like a tool trying to work one single part of your whole body at a time. Not bad, eh?

What do you think? Answer below!
