Powe Rack | Home Weight Lifting - Natural Bodybuilding
Finally bought me a new (used) power-rack for my basement gym. I enjoy lifting weights at home, and have been wanting one of these for a long time. This one was custom built for someones basement height (the guy that owned this worked at the place that builds them), which in turns fits perfectly in my basement. I feel more safe lifting heavier now by myself (not needing a spotter).
