Question by Shyann H: What food combinations to help lose weight? - What food combinations to avoid as well?
I know there are food combinations that one should avoid if they want to lose weight - such as (or so I have read) banana and dried fruits/peanut butter combined - would cause one to gain weight rather than lose.
So perhaps there are food combinations that when added together, help the body to lose weight/burn fat as well? What would those be?

I don't think it's a matter of certain food combinations, as long as you maintain the calories.
I eat a banana with a little peanut butter sometimes, but not very often. Just make sure that you eat every couple of hours, with small portions, and exercise.
