Question by Heather: Is my scales BMI calculator broken?
My scale says that I have 30.1 percent body fat (it's a digital weight watchers scale that's supposed to calculate BMI) but when I use any BMI calculator online or the formula for it in excel my BMI is 25.02 which is slightly above normal weight but 30.1 is obese! I can tell you with confidence I am not obese. This seems like to wide of a range for error. I'm guessing my scale BMI calculator isn't working... How can I be sure?
Thank you Tasha!! According to that site my Body Fat percentage is 21.4% which is better than both of those. I feel so much better!!!

buy a new scale or just go to any store and weigh yourslef on the bmi calculator scale.
