BATL Training - Super Bear w/95lbs
The Super Bear is a full-body, multi-functional, explosive, cardiovascular, muscular endurance and strength exercise that is a compilation of 8 exercises all rolled into one. You are watching Josh & I finish our 10th round. Exercises consist of: Ab Roll-outs, Barbell Push-ups, Bent Rows, Deadlifts, Hang Cleans, Thrusters which is the combination of a Squat & a Overhead Press then finally a Rear Stepping Lunge. The Routine: Do 1 rep of each exercise consecutively then start over doing 2 reps of each exercise. After finishing a round of each exercise, start over adding a rep to each exercise till you have made it and have done 10 reps of each exercise consecutively. If you still cannot complete the set, then your limit is 6 sets. Ok i was taught that guys work 2 muscle groups a day, then the abs and cardio everyday. We lift real heavy for 6-8 reps and 3 sets. But my friend says we should life light 12 reps and 4 sets. Is he on crack or is he right??? We plan we get cut before big
Best answer:
Using the ground to work out, actually works better than weights do. So.... drop dead and give me 20.
