it took me about a month to lose that weight and i have a weight watchers scale which is supposed to be very accurate, but the thing is i want to lose more weight and i cant even notice that i lost any weight i cant really tell, does anyone know tips on how to lose weight faster? i excersize every day about 4 miles or so i jog/walk, i have a job at friendlys which is prolly the worst place to work when im trying to lose weight but i ignore that food is there, but yeah if anyone has tips for me on how to lose weight faster id love to know, my graduation picture is in a month and i want to look atleast halfway decent, i dont expect to lose 100 pounds in one night but ill do anything at this point, umm oo yeah and if anybody knows some healhy foods i should try out thats low in fat and low in calorie let me know thank you very much :]]]]
