Stair-Climbing Weight Vest Ankle Weight Water Jug Farmers Walks
This is a Farmers Walk that I did, doing some stair climbing while carrying two 60 lb water jugs (7 gallons each), while wearing an 85lb XVest and 2 20 lb ankle weights, totalling 245 lbs of extra weight on me. This was done for resistane-cardio training and was VERY effective and tough!
