Here's a great workout for all of the athletes out there who want to make sure that they are prepared for those crunch time and clutch situations. These workouts incorporate balance, muscle stamina, and help strengthen the shoulders, arms, lower back, and the core. - The Barbell Circuit consists of 4 exercises: 1.) Barbell Row to the chin (2 sets of 8) 2.) Barbell Press from the chess ( 2 sets of 8) 3.) Reverse Tricep Curls (2 sets of 8) 4.) Barbell Lateral Raises w/ arms fully extended (2 sets of 8)
