Question by Sydney: Am I going to lose fat by doing Yoga and Weight Training?
I am taking 2 classes this summer and decided to add Yoga and weight training to my list. I want Yoga because it helps with flexibility and I want weight training because it helps to build muscle. But, what are the benefits of these two? IS yoga ok for me even though I haven't done Yoga in my life? And what areas does weight training targets? Just your arms? Legs? HELP!
