Question by Chantal V: i exercise daily and eat healthy... why am i gaining weight and inches? what else could be wrong?
exercise routine- 30 Min's cardio then 40 Min's strength training and abs then 30 mins boxing
Meals- 1330 calories a day (my weight times 100) healthy foods ( salads muscles milk shakes chicken ect)
PLEASE HELP ME IM SO CONFUSED!!??
