Question by christopher: Which of these eating schedules would gain more weight for me?
1. Small breakfast, no lunch, lots of dinner
2. Small breakfast, medium lunch, medium dinner
Which of these would help me gan weight more if you know any other diets that would help me gain weight please help
Best answer:
don't skip meals ever, regardless of whether you are trying to gain or lose weight. it changes your metabolism and is never good.
to gain weight, simply eat as much as possible (healthy foods = healthy weight, crap foods = unhealthiness and problems) and possibly work out. lift weight.
3. Large breakfast, large morning tea, large elevensies, large lunch, large quarter arvo, large dinner, small bedtime cottage cheese snack
