I am trying to keep my weight down and my eatting under control for the summer. For some reason i have these eatting attacks! and i cant stop stuffing my face, it happens alot at night, is there anything out there i can take/drink/eat that will make me NOT HUNGREY !!

eat food with proteins rather than fats. proteins keep you not hungry longer. Try eating heathy foods like yogurts and granola bars and fruit when you do get hungry. It works for me. Goog luck!

Weight Control or Weight loss: What is the difference and how can I implement it?

What is the difference between weight loss and weight control? When you are not in control of something it is difficult or even impossible to maintain it at the level it should be. When your weight or diet is out of control, you will gain or lose weight without any control. However, if you can learn to control your weight things will became easier for you. This is where you will be able to maintain your weight steady or gain or lose weight as you will.

More than 65% of all adults are over weight or obese. This is a proof that the majority of people confuse weight loss with weight control. It is good if you can lose weight when needed. But can you keep it on that level once you lose it or do you gain even more weight afterwards. The considerations by which you achieve weight control are the some as those of weight loss. This can be very confusing.

Let us look then how you can control your weight to be able to lose weight and keep it down or gain weight and keep it up. But I am sure most of us want to lose weight and keep it down.

A healthy adult woman of medium build and a height of 5'4" would weight about 125 lbs. If this woman is doing little or no exercises, she needs 1500 calories per day to maintain her weight. But if she can reduce her calorie intake by 500 calories per day with a good diet, she will lose weight at a rate of about 1 lb a week.
