Sports(make sure to watch the video) k these are the sports you need to do aily no matter what.. simple and easy.. -walking -30 mins (fast pace) -Jogging-25 mins (Normal pace) -Runing- 5 mins( Fast pace) -Belly dancing- 30 mins (lock your self in the bathroom if your want.. better to stand infront of a mirror.. and wear a mini skirt or a scarf around you were u can move..n feel it.. (with cathy shaky music..that helps you shake n move hard.) -Sits ups -20 times.. 10 each take 2 mins then comlete the other 10 -Twists 50 times.. 25 each take 2 mins break then comlete the other 25 -Stretching- 30 secs stretch.. -Stairs/steps (going up and down will be counted as one..so do as many as you can.. i say start at 5 n work your way up ) -Hoppin(skipping rope) - 150 times.. 50 back flip 50 front flip 50 X flip.. if you dnt knw the X flip ignore it and do the others.. -Sides- 50 times.. do 25 each take then take 2 mins rest then complete the other 25 mins -Stand ups- 20 each time 10 rest 2 mins then complete the rest 10 -Joggin in place - do it for 15 mins at a fast pace ..
