Question by blackoil: Why does my weight jump around so much? Yesterday I weighed 102 in the morning and then today 106?
I overate by maybe 500 calories yesterday, but nothing major...I gain so much weight over the weekend and then lose it and then it seems like if I overeat by 500-1,000 calories, I go up a couple of pounds...what is going on?

I have the same problem. I think a lot of it is because of water weight, but it could be that you ate too many calories. Just watch how many calories your intaking and figure in about 2lbs of water weight.
