Question by Thomas: If i can do pull ups with weights attached to my ankles. Can I bench my weight + the other weight?
I weigh 170 pounds, with weights I'm 190. So theoretically should I be able to bench it?

There is no way to tell. When you are doing pull-ups you are using your back muscle. When you are benching you are using your chest and triceps. I don't see any correlation. It all depends on how you train each muscle group.
