Our final in weight training was to create a workout video. We had to find things around the house to lift. So, naturally, our group came up with the best solution: Lifting cats. We hope you enjoy!

The exact names, and the EVs that they boost are as follows: Power Weight - HP Power Bracer - Attack Power Belt - Defense Power Lens - Special Attack Power Band - Special Defense Power Anklet - Speed So, how do I get the EVs?(AGAIN) The EVs you get depend on what pokemon you defeat, and if you look at the pokemon's base stats, it's usually pretty obvious what EVs it'll give you. Geodude's got high defense, he gives you 1 Defense EV. Gastly has high special attack, he'll give you 1 Sp.Atk EV, and it goes on, here's a small list of a few common pokemon that you can get EVs from: Bidoof = 1 HP EV Shinx = 1 Attack EV Bibarel = 2 Attack EVs Gyarados = 2 Attack EVs Kricketune = 2 Atttack EVs Geodude = 1 Defense EV Gastly = 1 Sp.Atk EV Budew = 1 Sp.Atk EV Tentacool = 1 Sp ...

Question by Johnny: gonna join golds gym need help?
im 23 and havent worked out since high school not intense just light back then. im 5'11' 190 lbs wanna lose sum of the weight and gain sum muscle mass...............whats the good muscle gaining pills out there? and do u go with the light workout first then go heavy?


im a dummy when it comes to weight training.sorry.

Typically, when lifting weights, you need protein such as whey protein shakes. I had a weight trainer for 3 years & he told me as long as you eat healthy & supplement with quality whey protein & exercise, you'll do well. Don't necessarily waste your money on brand names so much.
