Have me as your personal online trainer at myhitechtrainer.com Hey all, All Nautral/Drug Free Tuan here with my latest video on my squat. With about 18 days left before Nov. 14, which is the USAPL Longhorn Open Powerlifting Meet, I am in my last workouts. One thing for damn sure, this is the worst of all the weeks. You do feel your best everytime you lift and this was one of those days. I had to lift this week at 95% of my 1 rep max and do 2 sets of 2 reps. Plus, I used spin clamps, which even added more weight making the total wieght 510 lbs. But I was able to finish my sets and the rest of my workout. I hope the rest of my lifts go better than what I did on this one. Hope you enjoy my pain. Take care.
