Question by Broken Pearls: Is a 15-30 minute weight training session and 2-3 miles running and walking a sufficient work out?
This is what i have been doing since december 25th, and im seeing results, just i would these results to happen a bit faster. Should i just be patient and wait? (i am 170lbs at the moment, i started out at 174, and i am 6foot)

Yes, but you might have to run faster as weight training doesn't really help you lose weight. It can make you gain weight if anything as muscles weigh more than fat. You should stick to cardio and calisthenics.

Are you running on a treadmill? If yes, you should consider running on the streets as treadmills do half of the work for you.

And yes you should be patient. Change doesn't come overnight. And don't quit either, you can do it. Good luck.
